Can I install solar at my home to get electricity for Rs 5.6 per unit ?

I recently read a news article about a new large scale solar power plant in MP which is to provide electricity at Rs 5.6/unit link here If I install solar at my home will I be able to produce electricity at the same cost i.e. Rs 5.6/unit ? if not why not?

Yes it is possible to provide electricity at Rs 5.6/unit through Solar Roof top systems, since the cost of the modules (which constitute 45% of the over all cost) is continuously falling and in addition there are Central and State subsidy schemes.
